Agreement of participation

Signing the contract agreement means you have agreed to the entirety of our terms and conditions

​

• I agree to only sell produce or product stated above

• Notice of 5 days prior to any market is to be given, failure will incur cancellation fees.

• The full amount of your monthly fee will be forfeited for this month. If fee is not paid prior to next market, you will be excluded from trading on any market until fee is paid.

• As a stall holder I agree to keep a current public & product liability insurance valid.

• I agree that the Market Manager reserves the right to remove from the market site any stallholder or their personnel whose behaviour is offence or threatening to other stallholders, customers, market manager or their personnel and any and all individuals that are affected by their behaviour.

• I agree to participate in market day assessments

• I acknowledge Springwood Growers’ Market has given me no expectation in respect to the number of attendees at the market at any given day and the success of my stall and of selling of my produce or product.

• I agree to display my trading name with all information required to give a clear understanding of my ingredients in the produce or product I will be selling.

• I agree to have all my products properly packaged and clearly priced to comply with FSANZ labelling regulations.

• I acknowledge Springwood Growers’ Market will run rain, hail or shine and I agree to participate in any and all conditions unless management has advised us of any unexpected changes.

• This agreement releases Nicole Riley T/A Springwood Growers’ Market from all liability relating to any injuries that may occur during my time on the premises of Springwood Community Hub at Springwood NSW.

• By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Nicole Riley T/A Springwood Growers Market entirely free from any liability, related to any loss or damage to property or person including financial responsibility for injuries incurred to myself or any person/s I have personally hired for the day.

• I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when and if needed or unsure of any condition.

• I declare that all the information I have given in this agreement including any attachments is true and correct.

• I agree and understand that any false or misleading information will lead to termination of this contract and exclusion from any future markets.
